Health, Wellness and Fitness

Join Bump Club and Beyond for our monthly Beautiful Bellies and Beyond fitness series! Join us once a month for a PRE-NATAL or POST-NATAL workout. Check the calendar for details. We love lululemon athletica for providing women with comfortable, yet stylish clothes that transition from the gym to running errands. Their clothing is PERFECT for moms-to-be as their bodies are changing on a daily basis! You can even get away with wearing some of their black pants into the office if paired with the right outfit.

Dancers Shape
Dancers Shape is an approach to physical fitness– a very unique approach. It begins at the ballet barre, but it’s the design of the exercise routine that makes it so effective and the customized music selection that makes it so fun and addictive. Though they do not dedicated pre/postnatal classes, Owner Jennifer McCamish does a fabulous job of identifying the needs of moms and moms-to-be and modifying classes for special needs. We LOVE that Dancers Shape is local AND woman owned! Dancers Shape is a place where clients can learn how to take care of their bodies and be part of a community that inspires healthy living while having fun in a clean, sophisticated and friendly environment.

Austin Kula Yoga- “Kula” (Koo’-la) means community in Sanskrit. Austin Kula Yoga serves the Austin community by providing a fun, welcoming space for the practice of yoga. The studio is conveniently located in Tarrytown on Exposition Boulevard at Windsor, and their expansive schedule provides opportunities for all to experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga. Besides numerous yoga classes, Kula serves the needs of busy families with children’s, prenatal, postnatal, and parent and tot classes. Many of these classes occur simultaneously in adjacent studios, so parents can have their own class next door to their child.
