Introduction to solid foods! Learn which fruits and vegetables make great first foods and how to introduce them: Apples, Bananas, Pears, Avocado, Squash, Sweet Potato, Green Beans, and others. We will go over the best way to introduce the foods and how to know when your baby might be ready.

Babies 1 Year+ With Special Guest, Lara Field of FEED to talk about your baby’s eating schedule, when and how to drop the bottle, and nutritional info for your toddler! 7-8:30pm
They’re growing up so fast! At this stage, your babies food will begin shifting to a diet more like your own. This is a crucial time to introduce foods and flavors so your little one will develop healthy habits. We will demonstrate easy and nutritious recipes that are perfect not only for baby’s meals but for yours too! Lara will be on hand to answer all of your questions on feeding your growing baby!
