A favorite of BCB Founder, Lindsay Pinchuk and her family these turkey meatballs are a CINCH and will have your whole family wanting more. Use them with pasta, rice or on their own, they are certain to become a favorite in your house too! If your little ones like this recipe, they are certain to like this one too! Mini Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped ½ cup basil, chopped 1 egg 1½ pounds ground turkey (breast and thigh) ½ cup quick cooking oats ¼ cup parmesan cheese salt + pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and use clean hands to fully and evenly incorporate into turkey.
Cover with parchment, and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat broiler and line large baking sheet with foil, and lightly coat it with olive oil.
Portion turkey into tablespoon size balls and spread evenly on sheet. Broil for 5-10 minutes, until turkey is fully cooked and no longer pink in the middle.
