So this weekend BCB hosted two events in the Chicago area with our new friends at Carter’s.   We were there to unveil their brand new Little Baby Basics Line, but I was pleasantly surprised by the adorable clothing for my own girls (ages 5.5 and 2.5) and walked out with a bag of clothes myself (something I had not planned on!)
The brand new Little Baby Basics Line is adorable (top pictures here.)  The prints are fresh and new and the price point is right (read: it won’t break the bank or send you in a tizzy when your baby spits up or poops all over it.) But what I didn’t know was that Carter’s goes up to size eight!  Admittedly, I had not walked into a Carter’s store since my second was a baby, my brain was fuzzy and post-partum then.  I simply thought my kids were too big for Carters. Yet,  I walked out with some adorable summer clothes for my kids that they both just loved!
From dresses to swimwear (which is now on major sale at $10 a suit), both the boys and girls side of the store had adorable styles.  Of course, I could never have walked out with some fresh jammies for both my kids.
