What's Your Favorite Workout?

The holidays are over and like many, we yearn to get back into our regular routine, which for many includes favorite workouts for shedding those holiday pounds.  We asked our moms and moms-to-be: What is your favorite way to workout or stay in shape?
“My favorite is ballet classes. I need something fun and engaging. I can’t just go work out.”
“Never sit down!  When I park in a parking lot, I park farther away, make extra trips up and down the stairs, keep really busy. I would love to do yoga again, but I never seem to find the time for myself.”
“I like doing 20 minutes of sprints followed by 10-20lb weighted exercises for around 30 min. I also sometimes do Flywheel.”
“Running on my own is my favorite way to work out. I like to play Pandora and zone out!”
“I haven’t had much time to do a gym or class since I exclusively nurse but I would love some type of dance class where baby can come as well.”
“I attend/co-teach a babywearing dance class locally.”
“Running, Barre3, Stroller Strides.”
“Chasing my 3 boys- I call them my “personal trainers”!”
“The Dailey Method Bucktown!”
“Pilates (any kind) what a favorite throughout my pregnancy and post baby !  Running with the baby (good thing he LOVES stroller rides)  Biking to work.”
