We recently kicked off a new series you will see regularly on our blog, on Facebook and on Instagram featuring the moms of Bump Club and Beyond from across the country and their stories of motherhood. Thank you to everyone who has contributed, we look forward to sharing your vision of motherhood with the world.
“I tried for almost ten years to get pregnant. Finally at age 28 I was so so very surprised to be carrying my precious baby. The entire pregnancy I was scared…miscarriage…early labor…complicated labor because I was considered to have have a High Risk pregnancy.
I prayed to my Lord and Savior everyday. My due date was February 5th 2015, I ended up getting induced on February 4th 2015. Thank you Lord for giving me David Leeland Hope. And to make it even more special he was named after my brother who committed suicide when I was just eight years old. My brother’s name was David Lee Hope. This is my favorite picture of us and always will be.
