Mealtime Monday: Creative DIY Popsicles

There’s nothing better than a cold popsicle on a hot summer day. We’ve gathered some of our favorite recipes for creative DIY popsicles. Check out the recipes below and enjoy these sweet treats with your little ones this summer! 

CHOCOLATE CHIP MINT GREEK YOGURT POPSICLES
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup low-fat or no-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp mint or peppermint extract
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Magic Shell (optional)
  • 6 popsicle sticks

CAKE BATTER POPSICLES
INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup yellow cake mix
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

MILK AND CEREAL BREAKFAST POPSICLES
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 med/large banana (or 2 small)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberry milk
  • 1/2 cup dry cereal
