Mealtime Monday: Simple Summer Grilling

We want you to advantage of the gorgeous weather this summer, which is why we chose to focus this week’s Mealtime Monday on a delicious three course grilling meal. Check out these simple summer grilling recipes below; they all taste as good as they look!
 

RAINBOW SALMON SKEWERS
INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz salmon fillet
  • 1/2 each of a red, green yellow, and orange bell pepper
  • 1/4 large red onion
  • olive oil
  • salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 lemon

GRILLED BABY POTATOES WITH ROSEMARY
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 freezer bag or lidded container

GRILLED PEACHES WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • canola oil
  • 8 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Honey and sea salt for finishing
