Mealtime Monday: Back To School Sandwiches

Sandwiches are always a great go-to when packing your child’s lunch! We found some delicious and creative recipes sure to appease the pickiest palates!

TURKEY RANCH CLUB WRAPS
INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
  • 1 pound thinly sliced turkey
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomato slices

TUNA SALAD IN TOASTED WHOLEMEAL PITA POCKETS
INGREDIENTS

  • 6 wholemeal pita pockets (halved)
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (sliced into quarters)

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
