Mealtime Monday: Pressed Juice

It’s no surprise pressed juices are on the rise, they’re good for you and they’re delicious. We are big fans of pressed juice and with the right recipes, it’s simple to make at home. Read on for some of our favorite sippers to start off the new year right.

SIMPLE GREEN JUICE
INGREDIENTS

  • Greens
  • Cucumber
  • Celery
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Water

MORNING HARMONY JUICE
INGREDIENTS

  • 6 spring carrots
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 1 organic apple
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 inch ginger piece, peeled
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

BEET JUICE
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 beets peeled
  • cup chopped carrots NOT baby carrots
  • cup chopped celery
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 apple
