Mealtime Monday: Birthday Treats

It’s Bump Club and Beyond’s 8th birthday, and no birthday is complete without some delicious desserts and we’re here to help. We rounded up some great birthday treats to make and share with your loved ones because, as we all know, calories don’t count on birthdays. Check out the complete recipes below!

ICE CREAM CONE CUPCAKES
INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • Water
  • 30 flat bottomed ice cream cones
  • 1 can frosting
  • Sprinkles, optional
  • 30 maraschino cherries, optional

NUTELLA TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS

  1. 14 ounces semisweet or dark chocolate
  2. 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (I used Nutella)
  3. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  4. 1 teaspoon vegetable or canola oil, optional
  5. roasted, finely chopped hazelnuts for sprinkling

CUPCAKE PUPPY CHOW
INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal (do not use Crispex)
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons heavy cream (no substitutions)
  • 10 oz white chocolate candy melts or almond bark (not white chocolate chips)
  • 1 teaspoon almond emulsion or extract (please see note below)
  • 1 teaspoon butter emulsion or extract (please see note below)
  • 2/3 cup assorted sprinkles
  • 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
