Nashville Summer Bucket List
Adventure Science Museum – This is one of our favorite indoor places to visit in Nashville. The kids love the play area and all of the interactive exhibits that Adventure Science Museum has to offer.
Nashville Zoo – This outdoor attraction always offers an adventure. Stop by and check out the animals, play in the outdoor playground, and enjoy a picinic. This is the perfect stop for the whole family!
Centennial Park – Centennial Park has an amazing playground for the kiddos that has plenty of room to explore. Plus, the park has a huge lawn that makes it perfect for picinics and plenty of space for the kids to run around. You may even see the occasional food truck or catch some live music while at the park.
Soundwaves – One of Nashville’s newest attractions. This multi level water attraction offers indoor and outdoor fun with slides, a wave pool, kid areas, a lazy river and more. Make sure you check out thier discount for local residents.
Urban Air Trampoline Park – Great for the kids! I love this tramploine park because it has tons of attractions to offer in addition to jumping. They have a ninja war course, climbing wall, virtual reality, and so much more. This is great for kids of all ages, including your husband.
Discovery Center at Murfee Spring – This is a great place for little ones to discover and be hands on.
Ava’s Splash Pad – Ava’s Splash Pad is one of our absolute favorite ways to beat the heat! Perfect for kids of all ages and it’s FREE!
Nashville Sounds Baseball – Go catch a baseball game with the family. Make sure you get to First Tennessee Park when the gates open to have time for all the fun activities before the game. Find a Sounds Promotions rep when you arrive and see if they have any “jobs” available for your kids.
Country Music Hall of Fame -The Country Music Hall of Fame is great for the whole family with lots of exhibits and experiences for all ages to enjoy. The best part is thanks to the Community Countsinitiative that allows free museum admission to kids 18 and under your kids can get in for free if you live in Davidson or surround counties.
Cheekwood – Cheekwood is full of beautiful gardens for the whole family to enjoy. Plus, they offer all sorts of fun activities for the kids. Just check their calendar to see dates and times.
