Being home for an extended period of time, doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout. In fact, now more than ever we need to be taking care of ourselves and providing physical activity for our kids. Ever wanted to try kids yoga with your kids? What about that barre class you’ve never been to? Now is the time to give these all a go! Grab your significant other, your kids and try some of these together. Keep the blood and endorphins flowing and help the set the stress and anxiety aside. SHRED415 will be uploading free workout videos to their YouTube channel, and streaming live workouts on their Instagram. You can also follow some of our favorite instructors who are also posting workouts: Bonnie and Tracy, Jill Borega, Courtney Marincsin and more.
Nike Training Club, free This Nike-branded app bills itself as your “ultimate personal trainer,” and with a library of more than 185 free workouts—from strength and endurance-based routines to mobility and yoga sessions—all featuring virtual guidance from Nike Master Trainers.
Daily Workouts Fitness Trainer, free. Ideal for exercise introverts who prefer to break a sweat at home, this app leads users through 100+ simple exercises you can do sans gym, like tap out planks, donkey kicks, and bicycle crunches. You can pick between ten different 5 to 10-minute targeted workouts.
Beachbody is offering fourteen days for free.
If you are a member of ClassPass they have a ton of virtual workouts for adults both video and audio.
If you have a Peloton bike, they just released a free 90 day trial if their app!

We will be continuing to offer skill development, entertainment and real-time interaction between the children and our coaching staff. These weekly web-based classes will be tweaked so your child can play alongside our staff from any room in your home.
Movement Junkies with Robyn Taxman: Chicago’s fan-favorite kids yogi, Robyn Taxman, brings us free classes on her Youtube channel. This is an AMAZING activity for you and your kids to do together during the day.
