! Pregnancy means a rapidly changing body and emotions...and that's without the addition of quarantine!! Pilates is one of the most effective exercise methods to help women maintain fitness and navigate these changes with ease (and without pain!). Our Prenatal Mat Pilates workshop is a 45 min class designed to give you a great workout and teach you go-to modifications/ alternate exercises when taking a regular class.
