CALLING ALL NORTH SHORE MOMS! Join Bump Club and Beyond for a workout with Orangetheory Fitness! CLICK FOR TICKETS to RSVP and secure your spot for this FREE event! Everyone who attends will be entered to win a FREE THULE SPRING STROLLER!!! This is a one hour full body workout class that makes it simple to gain more life. We focus on heart rate based interval training guaranteed to produce results from the inside out. Our workout is backed by science and proven to burn more calories post workout. We are also tracked by technology, so you can see and track your results in real-time. Each workout is inspired and led by certified coaches to demonstrate all the exercises and to make sure you are not over or under training. The Vernon Hills Studio is run by a mom of two young children who knows firsthand how important staying active is in keeping up with them! - We train in 5 different heart rate zones and focus on zone 3,4 and 5. If you are able to get 12 minutes in zone 4 and 5 during your 60 minute workout, you will burn calories 24-36 hours post workout. - All movements can be modified for any type of injury or restrictions that you may have. *Must arrive at 8am to fill out paperwork and get set up for workout. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE FOR THIS EVENT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
