Join BCB with our friends at The Local Sweat for some FREE Friday Fitness!
Get ready for low impact strength and cardio interval training that will leave you feeling strong! This class will utilize a variety of exercises in Tabata intervals to increase your resting metabolic rate. In simple terms, you will burn a ton of calories, get stronger, leaner and overall healthier.
With modifications throughout the class, all fitness levels (prenatal and postpartum too!) are welcome. Participants will need a yoga mat and pair of hand weights.
