Join BCB for a fun workout and Sweat Like A Mother, or as we say: S.L.A.M. Stroller Strong Moms is a unique, fun, and challenging full-body workout, combining fitness with camaraderie, offer an opportunity for women to come together under a common goal of bettering themselves, challenging themselves, and becoming the best version of themselves that they can be. Our workouts are constantly varied, multi-level classes that are led by instructors with nationally recognized fitness certifications. Instructors focus on function, healing and performance of the pregnant and postpartum athlete. We look forward to sweating with you! *Please bring with you the following: *5-10lb dumbells *yoga mat *water *and anything that you need to keep the kiddos happy (we recommend some snacks) There are several parking lots within the park. Look for us in between the baseball fields, and Vinny Links driving range. We meet in front of the playground to begin class Kids 4 and under must be in strollers during the workout. Join us for a morning of fun at Cornerstone kids playground. Cornerstone kids offers a fun indoor playground for children ages 6 month to 5 year. This will be a great opportunity to meet other Nashville parents while the kids enjoy some open play time. Please bring socks! ***PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE FOR THIS EVENT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!
