Where do you live and what did you do before joining BCB?

I live in the Pacific Northwest right outside of Olympia, WA. Before joining BCB, for the last 12 years I’ve worked in the CPG industry for companies such as Nestle, Post Cereal, and Acosta Sales & Marketing.

What is your position/job at BCB?

I currently have a sales position at BCB as a Business Development Manager.

What do you love most about working at BCB?

BCB offers community to parents and parents-to-be during an important time in their lives. Raising kids truly takes a village and BCB allows me to be a part of a company that helps parents navigate the world of pregnancy and parenthood.

Favorite ice cream flavor?

Dreyer’s Rocky Road or Haagen-Dazs White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.

What is one thing you always have in your fridge?

Creamer for my coffee!

When you were pregnant, what food/which foods did you crave the most?

Cucumbers with ranch and fried chicken…

Tell us a little bit about your pregnancy journey or becoming a mom yourself. What’s something you cherish the most about your experience

Parenting is absolutely the toughest and most rewarding job in the world. For me, being a parent means setting a good example for my kids and challenging myself to be a better person. I love seeing my kids grow into their own selves, learning and discovering things around them. Kids have a way of reminding us to enjoy the little things in life and live in the moment.

My husband, Lawrence, and we have been together for 16 years. Our son, Damian, is 2 and is a ball of energy with a goofy personality. Our daughter, Carmen, (above) is 15 and loves volleyball and martial arts. Fun fact: my husband and son are leap year babies both born on February 29th!
