Dr. Payal D. Adhikari, M.D., is a board-certified pediatrician and mom to 2 little ones.  After growing up in Naperville, she moved to Singapore for high school, then returned and graduated from Northwestern University (go Wildcats!).  She loves using her experience as a parent to guide her pediatric practice, teaching her families both the “textbook way” and the “parent way.”  Payal is a pediatrician at Child and Adolescent Health Associates and recently created the Instagram @MommyPMD to remove some new-parent guilt and show that parents that it’s ok to laugh at yourself….and your kids!
